Refund Policy

Effective date: August 9, 2026 · Last updated: August 9, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and returns work for paid FosterPanel subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

All paid FosterPanel plans sold through Paddle Checkout are purchased from Paddle as reseller. Paddle issues your receipt/invoice, collects payment, and processes approved refunds and returns. FosterPanel (Md. Monoarul Islam, trading as FosterPanel) provides the software product and product support; we do not take card payments directly and must not receive your card details.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid FosterPanel subscriptions purchased through Paddle.

  • You may request a full refund of a qualifying charge within 30 days of the original purchase date, or within 30 days of the most recent subscription renewal charge you want refunded.
  • The guarantee covers change of mind and dissatisfaction with the product during that window. You do not need to prove a technical defect to use the 30-day guarantee.
  • When a refund is approved and issued by Paddle, paid entitlements for that period may be revoked or downgraded according to the refunded plan.

Before purchasing downloadable materials (if any) or relying on immediate SaaS access, please note that you have 30 days from the order / renewal charge date to cancel or request a refund under this policy (subject to Paddle’s processing and applicable law).

3. How to request a refund

  1. Prefer the tools linked from your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle Buyer Support / paddle.net and reference your order ID.
  2. You may also email us at [email protected] with your account email and Paddle order/receipt ID. We will coordinate with Paddle so the refund (if approved) is issued by Paddle — we will not refund card charges ourselves outside Paddle.
  3. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider (often several business days after Paddle processes the refund).

4. After 30 days

Outside the 30-day window, charges are generally non-refundable, except where:

  • Paddle determines a refund is appropriate under its Merchant of Record policies or Buyer Terms;
  • the charge was unauthorized or clearly erroneous;
  • applicable consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived; or
  • we agree in writing with Paddle to issue an exceptional refund.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation alone does not refund time already paid for the current period unless a refund is granted under this policy.

5. Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a billing problem, please contact Paddle Buyer Support and/or us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting support can delay resolution and may affect account access while the dispute is investigated.
